According toThe Strait Times' latest report, NodeFlair's Tech Compensation report stated that senior software engineers in Singapore now have better salary raises.

They also receive increments of up to 32%. This just shows that tech experts in Asian country are being valued compared to the past years.
"The kinds of offers tech talent are seeing now is definitely at an all-time high due to the global talent shortage across sectors such as technology, manufacturing, and logistics," said Daljit Sall, a Randstad Singapore Senior Director.
He added that software engineers and other professionals in the tech industry would likely experience salary increases over the following years.
This is because tech companies entering Singapore are continuously looking for talents that can help them expand in the country.

Highest Paying Tech Jobs
ZDNetpreviously provided some of the highest-paying tech positions back in 2021. IT chiefs are one of the top tech jobs since they average $151,983 yearly salary.
Dice, a jobs marketplace, confirmed that this is 6% higher than IT chiefs' salaries back in 2020.
Aside from this position, Cloud architects, engineers, and system architects were also included in the highest-paying tech jobs in 2021.
