It has been a year since the last update on Apple's iPad, and users have been waiting for the next big update from the tech giant. A new device or a new update would make sense, particularly considering that its A12Z bionic chipset has been ousted by the A14 Bionic model featured in the latest iPad Air.
However, rumors suggest that an upcoming iPad could feature a 10.9-inch OLED display has been recently discovered. The speculation also states that Apple could also release both iPad Pro and a MacBook in 2022.
A 10.9-inch iPad Scheduled for 2022
MacRumorsreports that the first of these devices to adapt an OLED display is likely to be a 10.9-inch iPad, presumably an updated version of the iPad Air. The Updated iPad is planned to go into production in the fourth quarter of this year, with a launch coming in early 2022.
In addition to the 10.9-inch iPad, Apple is also considering using OLED displays for the 12.9-inch iPad Pro and the 16-inch MacBook Pro.
While rumors of OLED displays for the iPad, iPad Pro, and MacBook Pro have only recently started to surface, the company has been rumored for some time to be transitioning to mini-LED displays on its tablets and notebooks.

With that said, the rumor also implies that Apple with release iPads and MacBooks with both OLEDs and Mini-LEDs, which the two variants will co-exist side by side next year, targeting different customer groups.
GizmoChina还报告说,来自巴克莱分析师班imed that Apple has no plans to launch iPad models with OLED panels in 2021. But, the company is expected to offer it in 2022. it also speculated that along with the iPad 2022 variant, MacBook devices could also adopt OLED panels.
Currently, no more information is available regarding the development. There is also a possibility that OLED panels' usage on Apple's devices could be pushed back. It will be interesting to see how Apple decides to price its products with OLED displays, given that the panel is expensive compared to LCD and LED.

However, Twitter netizens did not like what they see as the specs for the rumored MacBook 2022 did not make sense, with one Twitter user questioning Apple to have 16 efficiency cores, especially the 64 core model. He suggests that if the upcoming MacBook does have efficiency cores, it will be a constant number in all models, like eight or four.
Why would a mac pro especially the 64 core one, needs 16 efficiency cores??! It doesnt make sense at all. Im sure even if mac pro does have efficiency cores, it will be a constant number in all models like 8 or 4 and only number of perf cores increase.
